Red Star Cafe & Bakery is a counter service, sit down cafe serving specialty coffee and baked goods on Main Street in Cairo, NY. We offer a rotating menu of fresh, in-house and locally sourced bakery items and light fare. We are a local, family-owned business. We have spent the last few years creating this comfortable and inviting space and we are excited to share it with the community!
